Terms and Conditions

1. Service Description
The 25before25 Career Consultation is a 30-minute virtual session conducted via Zoom with our founder, Aniket Singh, or an authorized mentor from the 25before25 team.
The purpose of the session is to provide personalized guidance on academic, internship, and global career opportunities.
 
2. Payment and Confirmation

• The consultation fee is $99 USD per session and must be paid in full at the time of booking.
   

• Your booking is not confirmed until full payment has been received.
   

• All payments are processed securely through our website’s checkout system.
   

 
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
   

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or failure to attend will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
   

• In rare cases where 25before25 must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer alternative slots or a full refund.
   

4. Recording and Use of AI Transcripts
To ensure service quality, accuracy, and transparency, all consultation sessions are recorded.
By proceeding with your booking, you expressly consent to the following:

• The Zoom session will be recorded in audio and/or video format.
   

• The recording will be processed by AI transcription tools to automatically generate a text transcript of the session.
   

• These recordings and transcripts may be stored securely by 25before25 for internal purposes, including:
   

  • Quality assurance and service improvement.
     

  • Verification of whether the service was rendered.
     

  • Dispute resolution regarding payments or session delivery.
     

Recordings and transcripts will not be shared publicly or used for marketing without your explicit written consent.
 
5. No Unauthorized Recording or Distribution
Clients are strictly prohibited from recording, reproducing, or sharing any part of the consultation session — including video, audio, screenshots, or transcripts — by any means, whether digital or otherwise.
This includes, but is not limited to, sharing or posting on:

• Social media platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
   

• Messaging apps, websites, or blogs
   

• Public or private online communities
   

Violation of this policy constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action or immediate termination of your access to 25before25 services.

All intellectual property and recorded content remain the sole property of 25before25.
 
6. Confidentiality
All personal information shared during the session is kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law or for the purposes stated in Section 4.
 
7. No Guarantees or Warranties
While the session aims to provide personalized guidance, 25before25 makes no guarantees regarding admission outcomes, internship placements, visa approvals, or scholarship results.
The consultation offers educational and informational guidance only; all final decisions rest with the client.
 
8. Limitation of Liability
25before25 and its representatives are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the consultation or reliance on the advice provided.
 
9. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, strategies, or tools shared during the session remain the intellectual property of 25before25.
You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
 
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding whether a consultation was provided, recordings and AI-generated transcripts maintained by 25before25 will serve as the official record of the session.
Any disputes will first be handled internally by our support team before pursuing other resolution mechanisms.
 
11. Acceptance of Terms
By booking and paying for a consultation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions — including the use of recordings, AI transcription, and restrictions on client recording and sharing as outlined above.
